HERE'S HOW YOU CAN JOIN THE FIGHT

STEP 1: Visit your participating Chevy dealer in the month of October to take advantage of either the oil change/4-tire rotation/27-point inspection offer or the brake pads installed offer.

STEP 2: Select the amount of your eligible rebate you would like waived to help support the fight against breast cancer when you fill out your online rebate form at mycertifiedservicerebates.com (faster payment) OR complete the rebate form provided by your dealer.

STEP 3: Mail a copy of your repair order AND a printed online confirmation page OR the completed rebate form.
