"After shopping around at several local used car dealers and feeling like I was being stalked by endless follow up phone calls and emails, I finally made my way over to Holz Motors in Hales Corners. I had the pleasure of meeting up with Don B. who was the first sales person I had met who didn't make me feel like I was being forced into a car. After taking the time to ask about what I was looking for (I admit I wasn't sold on a certain make or model), Don showed me several different vehicles that had the features I wanted and had me take them out for a drive. Instead of focusing on the sell, sell, sell, Don focused on helping me figure out exactly which vehicle suited me best. When I decided to take a few days to think things through, don's follow up call was professional and helpful unlike the pushy and borderline rude calls I had received from other dealers. In the end, when I purchased my car from Don, I felt like he really cared about helping me make the right choice for my family instead of just caring about making a sale. I appreciate that rather than treat my indecision as a chance to push one type of car at me, he opted to listen to my needs and show me what my options were- even if it meant 3 completely different cars.
