"I'd shopped 2 other Chevy dealers in the Milwaukee area before coming to Holz. One had a bad online reputation for their service dept., the other just didn't "feel" right with an outdated showroom and servce dept. that closed at 5:00 p.m. When I walked into Holz, I was impressed by their showroom and by salesperson Jake P. Jake took me back to the service dept. (open late and on Saturdays) and introduced me to the service manager. Jake was able to locate a new Traverse with just the right equipment I wanted - and then, with no hassle whatsoever, located a SECOND one when we changed our minds about the interior color! This is our first time doing business with Holz, but if their service continues to be this good AFTER the sale, I will be back at the next trade-in time. They've been around for 99 years, so they must be doing a lot of things right."
